she and her partner Howard Thomas are splitting up. She is currently
living in a converted barn in Norway and has taken their three chldren
with her. She says that her participation in the Norwegian TV programme
"Skal vi danse" (their version of "Strictly Come Dancing") has been a
contributing factor in the split. If Trude decides to settle in Norway
for good, it will be a great loss to her legion of English-speaking
